  • We have been a recycling hauler in the Albuquerque area since 2007. Previously hauling under different names but using the Evergreen Waste Management name since 2020
  • We are a small disabled veteran owned company that believes firmly in the need for recycling in Albuquerque
  • Our employees maintain safe practices and procedures and worked during the recent pandemic in a safe manner with the safety of all as our primary concern

Can you put paper in the recycling bin?
Yes! Paper that comes out of your printer, bills, note book paper, or any other common sheet paper is recyclable

Most companies in the Albuquerque area do not pay for ordinary office paper, but will add it to the recyclable products they accept.
Which item Cannot be recycled?
Non-recyclable items
  • Garbage
  • Food waste
  • Food-tainted items (such as: used paper plates or boxes, paper towels, or paper napkins)
  • Ceramics and kitchenware
  • Windows and mirrors
  • Plastic wrap
  • Packing peanuts and bubble wrap
  • Wax boxes.
In Albuquerque, we do not currently have a recycler that will accept glass.
 
What household items should be recycled??

  • BOOKS. While junk mail, magazines, newspapers, and printer paper can go straight into your regular paper recycling bin, recycling books involves a little more work

  • HOLIDAY DECORATIONS
  • VHS TAPES, DVDS, AND CDS.
Not all of these items are easily recycled in the Albuquerque area, but if you are interested in recycling these types of items, call us and we will try to help you do what is best to recycle or reuse these items.
Can you throw pans in the bin??
Unlike other materials like papers, you have to separate your frying pans. Due to this, you can't put them in your usual recycling bin. It would be best if you get a metal collection bin. This would serve as a place to put all your metal scraps, including your frying pans.
 
Can I put glass into recycling bin?
In Albuquerque, No. Glass is recyclable and is commonly recycled outside of Albuquerque, but we have no industry in the area that is recycling glass or has a use for it in New Mexico.
